Referral Program Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: August 18, 2026

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Enlightium Academy Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility


The Program is open only to current students or parents of current students of Enlightium Academy in good standing at the time of referral and at the time of reward payment.

Employees, contractors, and agents of Enlightium Academy or Enlightium School System Agency are not eligible unless expressly authorized in writing.


2. Qualified Referral


A “Qualified Referral” is defined as:

  • A new student who has never previously been enrolled with Enlightium Academy;

  • Who enrolls as a paying student using the referrer’s designated referral process; and

  • Who remains continuously enrolled beyond the 30-trial grace period.

A referral will not be considered valid if:

  • The referred student was previously enrolled at any time;

  • The referral is claimed after the new student has already applied or enrolled;

  • The referral fails to use the designated referral process;

  • The referred student cancels within the 30-trial grace period.

The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies.


3. Referral Reward


For each Qualified Referral, the referrer will receive:

  • A payment of $250 USD;

  • Paid electronically via the Company’s designated payment method.

Payment will be issued within a reasonable time after the referred student successfully completes the 30-day trial period and remains actively enrolled.

Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. The Company is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.


4. Restrictions


The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals (referring oneself as a student);

  • Household referrals (referrals of individuals residing at the same physical address as the referrer);

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive referral practices.

The Company may withhold or revoke rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that abuse, gaming, or violation of these Terms has occurred.


5. Taxes


Referral rewards may constitute taxable income. Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a reward.


6. Program Modification or Termination


The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

Any changes will not affect Qualified Referrals that have already met all requirements prior to the effective date of the modification or termination.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program.


8. Final Authority


All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and compliance with these Terms shall be made by the Company in its sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
